Support

How to get help with AsyncMe, report bugs, and contact us.

Getting help

AsyncMe is an iPhone client that talks to a daemon running on your own computer. Most issues fall into one of two areas: connection between the app and the daemon, or device permissions on your iPhone.

If the app cannot reach the daemon, double-check the daemon URL and authentication token in the app settings, and confirm the daemon is running and reachable on your network.

If push notifications, the microphone, or the camera are not working, open the iOS Settings app, find AsyncMe, and confirm the relevant permission is granted.

Reporting bugs and requesting features

The fastest way to report a bug or request a feature is to open an issue on the AsyncMe GitHub repository: https://github.com/parisgroup-ai/asyncme/issues.

When reporting a bug, please include your iOS version, your iPhone model, the AsyncMe version (visible in the app settings), and a short description of what you expected versus what happened.

TestFlight users can also send feedback directly through the TestFlight app, which automatically attaches device and build information.
